Gingerbread Spritz Cookies

Using the Le Tube cookie press, these holiday cookies come out perfectly shaped and delicious. They are the perfect holiday gift for anyone in your life, or the perfect dessert to keep all to yourself.

1 cup room temp unsalted butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup molasses
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves

1. Preheat oven to 350. Cream together butter and brown sugar. Add molasses, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, ginger, salt, nutmeg, and cloves until combined.
3. Add flour mixture creamed molasses butter mixture in 2 batches, mixing until each increment is just combined.
4. Add dough to your Le Tube container, secure nozzle and handle. Turn dial to 1.5 cm and start pressing out cookies!
5. Bake at 350 for 8 min.
