Since 1830, every de Buyer utensil has been conceived and designed in France following the most stringent quality requirements. The majority of our products, and specifically our cookware, are engineered and manufactured in our factory in France. The few exceptions are products, such as some silicone and bakeware utensils, that use manufacturing processes that cannot be sourced in France. Such partners, wherever they are in the world, are always selected according to our high standards of quality and integrity.

Shipping Terms
We offer different shipping options, calculated at checkout: USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, 2nd-day shipping, and next-day shipping.
Orders $99 and over qualify for free shipping.
We currently do not ship orders outside of the United States and APO/FPO Military Addresses. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico currently do not qualify for free shipping.
Orders are usually processed within the same day or on the next business day. If you have incorrectly placed an order, please contact customer service by phone at (800)-791-5512 Mon-Fri 9-5 pm ET or by email at info-usa@debuyer.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to stop the shipment.
