Shipping

We currently ship orders within the continental United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, locations outside the U.S., PO Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.

Most orders are processed the same day. If you realize you made a mistake with your order, please contact our customer service team at 773-754-3277 as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop the shipment.

We offer free shipping on orders over $99, calculated after any discounts or promo codes are applied. Orders with a final, discounted total under $99 will have shipping fees added at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 45 days of purchase for a full refund. Clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team by phone at 773-754-3277, Monday through Friday from 11am to 4pm ET, or by email at customerservice@debuyer.com. We will provide a return label and instructions.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days and issued to the original form of payment. A $10.95 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds are available only for purchases made directly on debuyer-usa.com. If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.

de Buyer reserves the right to determine whether a returned item qualifies for a refund or exchange.
