Shipping terms
We offer different shipping options, calculated at checkout: USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, 2nd day shipping, next day shipping.
Orders $99 and over qualify for free shipping.
We currently do not ship orders outside of the United States and APO/FPO Military Addresses. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico currently do not qualify for free shipping.
Orders are usually processed within the same day or on the next business day. If you have incorrectly placed an order, please contact customer service by phone at 773-754-3277 Mon-Fri 9-5pm CT or by email at info@debuyer-usa.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to stop the shipment.
