Skillet Sweet Potato Casserole

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Boil the sweet potatoes in a large pot until soft, then drain.

3. Mash the potatoes with the butter, brown sugar, milk, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.

4. Melt the remaining tablespoon of butter in the Mineral B pro and spread it around the pan, ensuring everything is greased.

5. Add the mashed sweet potato mixture, then top with the marshmallows and the pecans.

6. Bake in the oven until the marshmallows are golden brown and slightly melted, about 10-15 minutes.
