We collaborated with @marissamakes__ who created the recipe for this simply delicious summery take on caprese salad. There's no better way to get your daily dose of fruits & veggies... is anyone else drooling?!
- 2 medium heirloom tomatoes
- 2 medium peaches
- Fresh ciliegine mozzarella
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil and balsamic for drizzling
- Flake salt and pepper to taste
Thinly slice the tomatoes and peaches using the Mandoline KOBRA. Arrange on a serving platter with the mozzarellla. Top with scattered basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic, and salt and pepper. Enjoy!
